Preparation
What You'll Need
- 2 Lbs Boneless Pork Roast, trimmed of fat, cut into 2 to 3 pieces
- 1 ½ Cups Water
Cooking Directions
- Place meat in 4 to 5-quart baking dish/cooking vessel; sprinkle with seasoning. Add sauce concentrate and water; stir to combine.
- Cover; cook as directed below.

- 300°F
- 2 ½ - 3 hours
SLOW COOKER
- High 5 – 6 hours OR Low 9 – 10 hours
PRESSURE COOKER
- High/meat setting
- 90 minutes
- Vent
- Transfer cooked meat to cutting board; discard bay leaves. Shred meat with forks; return to cooking vessel. Stir to combine with juices.
